This summer, Site Gallery and Kollective Kitchen are taking part in Sheffield Healthy Holidays, a city wide initiative offering free activities and healthy lunches for young people who qualify for free school meals.

Every Friday in August you will have the opportunity to come to Site Gallery and make your own digital artwork. In each session you will work with different artists and musicians who will teach you a variety digital skills from beat making and digital design to creative coding.

Sessions will run from 10am to 3pm with an hour lunch break in the middle with food provided by our cafe Kollective Kitchen. All equipment will be provided on the day, just bring yourself and some creative ideas!

Dates and times

6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August – 10am-3pm

Eligibility

If you are aged 13-18 and are eligible for free school meals please book your place here. We operate in good faith and will not be asking for any forms of evidence of eligibility.

We invite you to take part in all four sessions. We are limited to ten places to allow for additional social distancing, so book early to avoid disappointment. If you have any questions from booking to eligibility please email peter.martin@sitegallery.org and we can support you to register.

Society of Explorers

Our young people’s group The Society of Explorers is a weekly meet-up group for 13-18 year olds from all across Sheffield. Every Wednesday they meet up to eat snacks, create and discuss art. They take a break over Summer but will be returning in September. If you enjoy our summer programme we hope you’ll stay on and join the Society of Explorers.
